"The course is clearly structured taking the student through each step of barbering with theory work, examples of techniques and city and guild resources. 
 
My tutor Mev is on hand for any questions I have and any reassurances I may need. His wealth of expertise within the hair industry ensures a thorough approach to each lesson. Every lesson is catered for on an individual basis and I feel that this way of learning is helping me to reach my goals. I have gone from very little knowledge and nil practice, to using scissors and a comb, cutting sections and using terminology within a matter of weeks."

Very soon after I qualified, following Tracey’s lead I found my first job in a friendly Care Home where I cut residents hair. "I would like to give huge thanks. Your apprentice has done a fantastic job on my hair with the highlights, colour and cut. The cut is worthy of a senior hairdresser in a professional salon. She has a lovely personality and took such care to get the cut right so it is easy for me to maintain. I loved the highlights being so blonde and it showed off my purple fringe wonderfully. 

Your salon whilst being a training centre is run very professionally and the work the students do is outstanding."
